Shipping lead times:
Estimated ship times are located on each product page. It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer’s availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order, cancel the item or cancel the entire order. Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backlog in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. If you need to verify stock information and availability prior to placing your order, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Custom items and furniture:
Because many of these items are made to order, all custom pieces are not returnable or refundable. Custom orders include (but are not limited to) any furniture item, artwork, all personalized or monogrammed items. Claims against damaged items must be made within 3 business days. Unfortunately, claims made after the 3 business day window will not be accepted and are unable to be returned.
Greige will do everything possible to assure a smooth and prompt delivery of your furniture and custom items. However, be aware that there are circumstances out of our control that may arise and result in a delay in the production or delivery of your items. We do our best to give accurate lead times for each furniture manufacturer but estimated lead times are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date. We welcome your inquiries as the estimated delivery time approaches and we can follow up to give you a more specific idea of your ship date at that time. Also note that shipping time for freight items is approximately 7-15 business days from the time that the item(s) are scheduled for pickup from our manufacturer. We act as a liaison to best assist you in a prompt delivery but again, there are variables that are out of our control.
Eligible Items for Return
Items must be returned in their original packaging in unused condition. Soiled/used items will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Returns on eligible mirrors, lamps, chandeliers, sconces and shades that are not defective will incur a 25% restocking fee. All hardwire lamps, chandeliers and sconces cannot be returned if they have been installed and uninstalled. Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, less shipping and handling, re-stocking fees, and return shipping charges. Standard shipping charges will apply for all "free shipped" non-defective items.
